IOCC Emergency Response Update for Hurricanes Helene and Milton
As residents in the southeastern US continue to grapple with the terrible devastation wrought by Hurricane Helene, and the extensive damage caused by Hurricane Milton, responders have moved in to address the urgent needs of these communities and determine a path forward. IOCC has joined in this effort, coordinating with other response organizations, deploying its field staff to conduct needs assessments, making Care Calls to parishes, and gathering resources for those in need.
The road to recovery for these communities will be a long one, and IOCC is committed to the restoration and rebuilding efforts that will take place in the months and years to come
